Job Summary
You will make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce company services, generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or pass leads to the sales team while maintaining accurate call records.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Introduce company services clearly and persuasively to engage prospects
- Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversation flow for effective communication
- Qualify leads by assessing client needs and readiness to engage further
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, outcomes, and client information
- Handle rejection professionally and maintain motivation during outreach efforts
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic sales or telemarketing experience to support effective client engagement
- Fluent English communication skills for clear and professional phone conversations
