Part Time Technician

The Role

Engel's Sense is a Singapore-based business founded in 2009 that specialises in premium ambient scenting and fragrance solutions. We provide customised fragrances and professional scenting systems to hotels, retail malls, corporate offices, healthcare institutions, and other commercial environments across Singapore.

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Part-Time Technician to support our operations and servicing activities across Singapore. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy practical, field-based work and are keen to learn technical skills. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Field Service & Maintenance

• Assist with the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and replacement of scenting equipment at customer locations.
• Conduct routine maintenance visits to ensure equipment is operating properly.
• Support fragrance refills and equipment checks at client sites.

Warehouse & Inventory Support

• Assist with the preparation, packing, and organisation of products and equipment.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the warehouse remains clean and organised.

Quality & Safety

• Follow company service procedures and quality standards when carrying out work.
• Comply with workplace safety requirements and safe work practices at all times.

General Operations Support

• Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication when interacting with customers on-site.

Requirements

Experience

• No prior experience required training will be provided.
• Previous experience in technical servicing, maintenance, logistics, facilities management, or a similar hands-on role will be an advantage.

Skills & Attributes

• Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned service schedules.
• Positive attitude and good customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable performing service work using a ladder (up to 3 metres).
• Able to carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 25kg.
• Comfortable travelling to customer locations across Singapore.

Driving

• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Arrangement

• From S$15 per hour
• Part-time position.
• Flexible working hours based on service schedules and operational requirements.
