We are an Education centre located in Ang Mo Kio and Hougang, looking for passionate part-time student care teachers to join us!
Commencement: Immediate, Training will be conducted in before official start
Working hours: 3-4 weekdays| 12pm to 6.30pm (Normal School Days),
(School Holidays except December Holidays, subjected to changes)
Closed on Public Holiday
Responsibilities:
- Plan daily schedule for students, including holiday activities
- Supervise and guide children to complete daily homework and spelling from school
- Plan, prepare and mark additional assignments for revision, include going through corrections as well
- Conduct weekly enrichment activities
- Deliver effective classroom management
- Must be able to be firm and strict when necessary
- Communicate effectively with children and parents
- Fetch students from their school (walking distance)
- Daily parents update via app
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or A Levels graduate
- 1 year of teaching or student care experience preferred
- Singaporeans only
- Able to coach P1 to P6 English, Mandarin, Math and Science subjects
- Able to interact well with children and manage their behaviour
- Able to be firm with students
- Team player with strong passion and patience in teaching/guiding children
- Able to commit long term until end of the year or more (preferred)
- Responsible and punctual
- Takes initiative
- Technology savvy
- Able to attend a compulsory training
