Assigned at the Sports Booking Counter to attend to members during shift hours.
Handle any walk-in/phone request for members bookings and any related enquiries
Use of POS System and other payment systems to process members booking
Support the process bookings administration of sport activities and recording of booking information (take bookings / issue booking chits and keys to the facilities where applicable / turn on or off the facilities lights where applicable).
Assist with the Issuance of towels and locker keys to members and ensure members sign-out and sign-in for them accordingly.
Ensure related keys, equipment and towels are returned by members after use.
Handle registration and withdrawal of sports activities and training programs
Assist in administrative duties (data entry, handling of mailers / letters & correspondences, replenishment of items for the counter etc.)
Any other duties as assigned by the respective Head of Department / Immediate Superior from time to time.
What we are looking for
Preferably GCE N/O Levels (or equivalent) or ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec in Services Management / Hospitality Operations / Event Management / Sport Management / Business Administration
Proficiency in oral and written English, another language is a plus (to liaise with the English & Mandarin-speaking associates)
At least 1 year of working experience in the hospitality industry handling frontline services
