Part-Time Speech Therapist

A private paediatric therapy centre is seeking a fully AHPC-registered Speech Therapist to join the team on a structured part-time basis. Occupational Therapists who are fully AHPC-registered in Singapore may also apply.

This role is for clinicians who want more than a routine caseload or a highly structured environment. It is suited for therapists who value professional autonomy, strong clinical standards, continued learning, and the opportunity to see the direct impact of their work on children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

. Conduct assessments and therapy sessions for paediatric clients
. Develop and implement individualised, goal-directed intervention plans
. Prepare clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and reports
. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support generalisation of therapy goals
. Participate in case discussions and professional development activities when required

Requirements:

. Fully AHPC-registered Speech Therapist (Singapore)
. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant paediatric clinical experience preferred
. Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills
. Ability to manage caseload independently and responsibly
. A proactive attitude towards continued learning and professional growth
. Professional integrity, accountability, and sound clinical judgment

Working Arrangement:

. Mandatory Saturday commitment
. Minimum 20 hours per week (including Saturday)
. Clinic hours typically 9:00am to 6:00pm
. Additional weekday sessions required to meet minimum weekly hours
. Opportunity to increase caseload based on service demand

Remuneration:

Session-based remuneration at $80 per hour.
Monthly earnings vary depending on the number of sessions conducted.
Minimum weekly hours provide a competitive earning range with potential for growth as caseload expands.
