Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Content Strategist and general admin to develop and execute content strategies that enhance the company's digital presence, build brand awareness, and support business growth through targeted social media content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies that increase brand awareness and showcase technical expertise in an engaging manner
- Manage ad hoc administrative tasks, including coordinating invoices and quotations as needed
- Capture photos and videos on-site during projects and operations when required
- Plan and manage a content calendar across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Create a minimum of 3 content pieces weekly, including posts, captions, and short-form videos
- Translate daily operations, project work, and technical engineering concepts into clear, engaging content
- Monitor social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay informed on industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy
- Other adhoc task given by management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in social media management or content strategy
- Strong writing and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences
- Basic proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe, and Excel
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into accessible content
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Working Hours: Flexible, approximately 2-3 days per week or equivalent hours
- Must be contactable from 9am to 6pm on weekdays
