Account Management

You will be managing and creating content for Formative Voices (formative.voices) TikTok account.

Formative Voices is an initiative by Formative Minds.

The core aim is to reach students and parents alike to reframe their mindset to PSLE and grades to show that there are many paths to success in life. While Grades are important, what is even more important is the grit and resilience that one build up in this journey.

The content will have a couple of pillars (i) Street Interviews (ii) Street Math Challenge (iii)

Job Description

• Creating and edit content for the TikTok account to achieve minimum 4 post a day
• Coordinating interviews with interesting people or businesses to take Behind The Scene footages
• Review TikTok account and experiment with content to ensure KPIs are met

Qualifications

• Familiarity with taking videos and using CapCut as editing tool
• Confident, eloquent, and able to hold a conversation
• No degree required
• Familiar with the local Singapore school curriculum
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds
• Willingness to learn and adapt different practices
• Positive, resilient self-starter with strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
