Job Summary
We are looking for friendly and energetic Part-Time Service Crew to join our caf at Katong V (Marine Parade). If you enjoy interacting with people and delivering excellent customer service, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and take orders efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through attentive service.
- Handle card payments and maintain a tidy cashier area.
- Assist with cleaning tables and keeping the caf orderly.
- Help set up and pack down the caf at the start and end of shifts.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are correct.
Requirements
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays (shift-based).
- No prior experience required training will be provided.
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
