Part time Service Assistant (Fine Dining)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set-up the dining area and service station in preparation for the day's business
• Promptly and correctly deliver all orders to the guests
• Clear all soiled dishes, glassware and cutleries from guests tables to dishwashing area
• Perform daily and weekly housekeeping and cleaning duties according to schedules
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Greeting and welcoming customers with a warm, friendly demeanour
• Taking customer orders accurately and ensuring timely food and beverage service
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including tables, floors, and service stations
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
