Job Summary
You will serve guests, collaborate with team members, assist in cleaning and closing the venue, and perform simple accounting tasks such as recording tips in a busy Western restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve guests promptly and courteously to ensure a positive dining experience
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Clean and close the venue at the end of each shift to uphold hygiene and safety standards
- Record tips accurately as part of simple accounting duties
- Handle and carry heavy items such as beer kegs weighing approximately 35kg safely
- Work weekend and closing shifts, adapting to variable hours typically between 4 to 6 hours
- Manage time efficiently to leave the venue within an hour after closing at 11pm
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to work closing shifts and weekends
- Reside locally or have access to public transport after 11pm for timely commute
- Physical stamina to carry heavy loads and perform manual tasks
