• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness at all times

• Assist customers with menu enquiries and provide recommendations when needed

• Handle basic customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations

• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

• Assist with opening and closing duties when required
