Job Description & Requirements
We are an AI-driven technology company developing a digital learning product. We are looking for a Part-Time Senior UX/UI Designer to support product design, user experience improvement, interface design and design optimisation.
This role is suitable for someone with strong UX/UI experience, good product thinking and the ability to work closely with the product, tech and marketing teams in an on-site working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile-based digital products.
- Work closely with the product and tech teams to translate product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
- Review and improve the overall user experience, including navigation, usability, layout and interaction design.
- Create and maintain design components, UI standards and visual consistency across the product.
- Support product testing, user feedback review and design iteration.
- Provide design recommendations to improve product usability, user engagement and overall product quality.
- Work with internal stakeholders to support product launch, marketing materials and related design needs when required.
Requirements
- Strong experience in UX/UI design, preferably for digital products, SaaS platforms, AI products, EdTech, AdTech or consumer-facing platforms.
- Proficient in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Good understanding of user journey, wireframing, prototyping, design systems and responsive design.
- Able to think from both user experience and business/product perspectives.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with fast-moving requirements.
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to work on-site on agreed working days.
- Interest in AI, digital products and user-centred product design will be an advantage.
