Weekend Role | Challenger Stores
We are looking for energetic and customer‑focused Part-Time Sales Promoters (2 pax) to promote and sell electronic products at selected Challenger retail outlets. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales through engaging conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell electronic products by actively engaging walk-in customers at assigned Challenger outlets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, clearly explaining key features and benefits.
- Persuade and encourage customers to try and purchase products, improving overall product awareness and sales performance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering questions and providing accurate product information.
- Execute in-store promotional activities, including setting up displays and distributing marketing materials.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions, and share customer feedback with the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and submit performance reports to management.
Work Locations
- Roaming between Challenger outlets at: Bugis, Tampines, VivoCity, JEM, and NEX
Work Schedule
- Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Operating Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (1-hour break in between)
Requirements
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Able to start from mid-May 2026
- Comfortable with travelling between multiple retail outlets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and sales-driven
- Prior retail, sales, or promoter experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided)
