To expand our reach, we're looking for a part-time sales professional to help bring in new clients seeking HR outsourcing and advisory support.

Key Responsibilities:

. Identify and reach out to businesses that may benefit from HR Managed Services

. Arrange and attend introductory calls or meetings (virtual or in-person)

. Coordinate with the internal team to support proposals or service scoping

. Provide brief weekly updates on outreach and lead status

. Focus on small to mid-sized companies that require HR support or advisory

. Ensure warm leads are clearly handed over for follow-up and conversion

Ideal Candidate Profile

. Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition-preferably in HR or B2B services

. Comfortable with outreach, networking, and engaging SME decision-makers

. Self-motivated, independent, and consistent with follow-ups
