About DORS:
DORS is a multi-label retail concept showcasing over 80 Singapore and regional designers across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and homeware. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our frontline team on a part-time basis, helping us deliver an elevated retail experience while championing local and regional brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the DORS brand.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through attentive, personalized service.
- Build rapport with customers and share the stories behind our designers and products.
- Drive sales to meet individual and store targets, actively upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including cashiering, housekeeping, and stock replenishment.
- Assist with inventory management and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Support store events, brand activations, and campaigns when scheduled.
- Uphold safety, security, and administrative procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Retail Operations team.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 days a week commitment, including weekends and public holidays where required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with customers.
- A positive, cheerful team player who thrives in a retail environment.
- Passionate about fashion, design, and storytelling, with an enthusiasm for championing local and regional brands.
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Open to students studying fashion, retail, design, or related fields who are eager to gain hands-on industry experience.
