We are looking for a Part-Time Roving Condo Manager/Property Officer to provide operational support across multiple condominium sites. The role involves assisting with daily estate management duties, covering manpower gaps, and ensuring smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide relief coverage across various condominium sites as assigned
Assist in daily estate operations and ensure smooth running of the site
Attend to residents feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally
Coordinate with contractors and service providers on maintenance works
Carry out routine site inspections and report any defects or issues
Assist in administrative duties, including documentation and filing
Support handover/takeover processes when required
Liaise with Management Council members when necessary
Ensure compliance with site procedures and management policies
Requirements:
Prior experience in property / facilities / estate management preferred
Familiar with condominium operations (MCST experience is an advantage)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and adapt to different sites
Willing to travel between multiple locations
Able to commit on short notice / flexible schedule
Working Arrangement:
Ad-hoc basis
5.5 day work week (or as assigned)
May be required to work weekends depending on site needs
