Role Overview
As a Part-Time Sales Consultant, you will represent the Leica brand on the retail floor, delivering a premium customer experience while supporting sales and store operations. You are passionate about photography, customer engagement, and upholding the brand's heritage of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Leica's brand standards
- Engage customers through product storytelling and photography knowledge
- Support sales conversion and achieve individual/store sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Assist with daily retail operations (POS, stock handling, opening/closing duties)
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
- Support events, workshops, and in-store activations where required
Requirements
- Passion for photography and/or luxury retail
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a professional and polished presence
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and engage customers
