Part-time Retail Guest Service Associate

Job Description:

Working closely with your Store Services & Operations Leader, your primary objective will be to exceed the expectations of our guest.

Responsibilities:

• Provide photography services to guest at location
• Provide photography services at other designated locations
• Offer commemorative photos and related products to guest
• Provide excellent guest service and handle guest inquiries

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic about engaging in Guest interaction
• Pleasant and guest-oriented
• Strong interest in photography and related services
• Active and outgoing
• Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin to conduct customer service task and duties in multi-lingual environment
• Willing to work outdoors and on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
