Retail Assistant - Wan Siang TCM
Location: Canberra Plaza
Job Type: Part Time (min 2 days per week)
Timing: 12:30pm- 9:30pm $10/HR
- Requirements:
- Computer literate
- Committed and service-oriented personality
- Excellent telephone etiquette Self Motivated, positive attitude, and strong integrity
- Customer service experience in retail outlet
- Must be able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays (
- Preferably able to identify herbs
Job Description:
- Handle customer payments using POS system and other credit card facilities.
- Assist in all other retail operation duties
- Handle patient's management system
- Handle incoming walk-in patients, phone calls, appointments and messages
- Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct Manager
. Work experience in TCM industry will an advantage
