Working Hours & Remuneration

• Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Long-term commitment preferred)

• Flexible Shift Options:

  • Full Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Excludes 1-hour break)

  • Short Shift: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (No break)

• Competitive Pay Rates:

  • Weekdays: $13/hour

  • Weekends: $15/hour

  • Public Holidays: $19/hour

  Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our premium range of health supplements (CONDITION products).

  • Engage with customers to understand their health goals and provide tailored product advice.

  • Ensure product displays are inviting, manage stock levels, and assist with basic inventory tasks.

  • Be the face of the brand during exciting in-store promotions and large-scale Atrium sales events.

  Requirements

  • Friendly, proactive, and have a customer-first mindset.

  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, and supplements.

  • Prior experience in retail or sales is a definite advantage.

  • Ability to commit to the schedule consistently.
