Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Piano Teacher role located at the Katong branch in Singapore. The Piano Teacher will be responsible for conducting one-to-one piano lessons tailored to each student's needs and goals. Responsibilities include teaching piano techniques, providing music theory instruction, guiding students in their musical development, preparing students for exams and performances, and giving constructive feedback on their progress. The teacher should be able to commit at least 1.5 years to this teaching role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Piano Playing and Piano Techniques
• Experience in Piano Education and Music Education
• Knowledge of Music Theory and its application in teaching
• Strong passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve their musical potential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents
• ABRSM or equivalent piano qualification (Grade 8 or above preferred)
• Previous teaching experience and familiarity with exam preparation is a plus
