What You'll Do
- Lead engaging group lessons for IP Math and/or Physics students
- Make challenging concepts clear with step-by-step explanations and guided practice
- Review and mark student work, giving constructive feedback
- Use multiple delivery modes and adaptive teaching methods to suit different learners
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment by fulfilling your responsibilities and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Work closely with the academic team to ensure consistency and lesson quality
What We're Looking For
- Graduates or undergraduates in Math, Physics, Engineering, or related fields
- At least 2 years experience teaching/tutoring upper secondary or IP students
- Familiarity with MOE/IP curriculum and exam standards
- A confident, clear communicator who can keep students engaged
- Passionate about helping students achieve academic success
