Part-Time Patient Service Associate - Polyclinic #HZO

Duration: ASAP till 31st March 2026
Location: Outram
Working Hours: Mon, Tues, Fri (8 hrs/ day)
Might start as early as 7am
Salary: $10.50-13/ hr

Job Scope:

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Assist with patient enquiries at self service kiosk

Job Requirements:

• Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• No experience as training is provided
