About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Packer to join our warehouse operations team. You will work in a comfortable, air-conditioned warehouse environment, handling light and small items for online orders. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a flexible part-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to packing lists or system orders
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing
- Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble bags, tape, void fill) based on item size and fragility
- Label packages correctly with shipping labels and delivery information
- Seal and secure packages to ensure items are protected during transit
- Sort and organize packed orders by courier or delivery route
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe packing workstation at all times
- Replenish packing supplies (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) as needed
- Assist with stock receiving, counting, and shelving when required
- Meet daily packing targets and productivity standards
- Report damaged goods, packing errors, or low stock levels to supervisor
Experience & Skills
- No prior experience required - full training will be provided
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills (able to read order details and count items)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work at a consistent pace and meet daily packing targets
- Able to stand or sit at a packing station for extended periods
