We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant Directly report to Director of Jinley Media. As a PA, you will play a vital role in supporting our Social Media Program, Human resources, Account management, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This position is Hybrid and Flexible working hours.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage our company's official social media account (different area).
2. Handling a variety of administrative tasks, such as document preparation, filing, and data entry.
3. Help to hiring Live Streamers.
4. Assisting with the organisation and facilitation of meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
5. Record and execute all business related work and report to director.
6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the business

What we're looking for

1. graduated or not graduate will be accept, Assistant in a fast-paced, flexible environment
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation, English and Chinese both required.
3. Willing to learn and follow the most advence trend and grow with leading media company, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
5. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in your work
6. Respond, stable, passions.
