Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant (PA) cum Administrative Assistant located in Queenstown, Singapore. The role involves providing administrative and secretarial support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling emails, and organizing documentation. The PA cum Admin will oversee office supplies management, maintain communication channels, and assist in preparing reports and presentations. Additionally, the role may include supporting event planning and ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day office tasks. A 10-hour week part time job.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including calendar management, documentation, and office supply coordination
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to handle emails, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communications
  • Time management and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Competency in using office software tools such as Microsoft, Canva etc.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Experience in supporting event planning and preparing reports or presentations is an advantage
  • Current Undergraduate welcomed
