We are a fast-growing robotics and STEM education center dedicated to nurturing future innovators through robotics, coding, AI, and technology education. Our programs combine hands-on learning, creativity, and international robotics competition exposure to inspire students of all ages.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome parents and students, and introduce the robotics curriculum and learning pathways
- Handle course enquiries, registration follow-ups, and daily parent communication
- Assist in classroom coordination and student attendance to ensure smooth lesson operations
- Organize and maintain teaching materials, operational documents, and student records
- Support daily center operations and assist the teaching team when required
- Maintain positive parent-school relationships and enhance overall parent satisfaction
- Coordinate administrative and operational matters to support the smooth running of the center
Requirements
- Prior experience in education centers, enrichment centers, or training institutions is highly preferred
- Patient, caring, and enjoy interacting with children and students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in both English and Chinese for effective communication with parents and students
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
- Responsible and able to independently manage on-site operational matters
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest or exposure in robotics, STEM, coding, or technology education
- Experience in student management, front desk operations, or customer service
- Familiarity with enrichment center operations is an advantage

Working Schedule
- Full day on Saturdays and Sundays (fixed weekend schedule)
