Office Navi Singapore is a growing office advisory team that helps companies find the right workspace in Singapore. We support clients across serviced offices and traditional office spaces, and many of our clients are Japanese companies expanding or operating in Singapore.

We are looking for a part-time intern to support our team in operations, database management, research, and light marketing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys teamwork, and is interested in gaining exposure to both the real estate industry and a Japanese business environment.

Working arrangement

• On-site role
• Around 3 hours per day, 3 days per week
• Schedule can be discussed
• Preferred duration: 6 months or longer

Hourly rate

• S$10 to S$25 per hour, depending on experience

What you'll do

• Support the team in maintaining and updating internal property data
• Organise and check listing information in our database
• Assist with basic market and property research
• Support simple social media and marketing-related tasks
• Help with day-to-day operational support as needed
