Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide administrative and operational support to ensure the effective functioning of the church office and its activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative duties, including correspondence and records management
  • Support basic finance administration such as payments, expense tracking, and audit preparation
  • Coordinate facilities usage, vendors, and logistics for church services and events
  • Assist in preparing announcements and administrative materialsfor church leadership

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in office administration preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational, communication, and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working within the values and mission of the church
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including Sundaysand occasional evening

Employment Details:

  • Employment Type: Part-Time
  • Monthly Salary: S$1,200 - S$1,500 (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits include CPF contributions, leave entitlements, medical and dental benefits, and insurance coverage
