Job Purpose:
To provide administrative and operational support to ensure the effective functioning of the church office and its activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative duties, including correspondence and records management
- Support basic finance administration such as payments, expense tracking, and audit preparation
- Coordinate facilities usage, vendors, and logistics for church services and events
- Assist in preparing announcements and administrative materialsfor church leadership
Requirements & Competencies:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in office administration preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational, communication, and timemanagement skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working within the values and mission of the church
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including Sundaysand occasional evening
Employment Details:
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Monthly Salary: S$1,200 - S$1,500 (commensurate with experience)
