The Role:
- Coordinate with cleaning staff, scenting provider, and building management to ensure the office environment is clean, well-scented, and all facilities (e.g. coffee machines, meeting rooms, lighting) are functioning smoothly.
- Manage office supplies and pantry items
- Ensure timely download and storage of voice recordings for internal review
- Collate and submit office expenses for Finance approval
- Coordinate overseas and local courier arrangements
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing IT equipment, arranging name cards/e-name cards, and managing system and facility access, and arranging name cards/e-name cards
- Maintain inventory list for office supplies
- Assist in maintaining staff contact details
- Provide admin support to the Group Chairman, including Zoom meeting setup and ad hoc requests
- Any other duties as assigned
The Person:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and manage priorities on part-time basis
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
Other Information:
- Working hours: 3 days a week, 9am to 6pm
- Working location: Orchard
- Salary: $1,500/mth
