Job Scope
- Provide professional care advice and emotional support to clients
- Conduct thorough assessments, including vital signs, respiratory status, and overall health.
- Establish a strong rapport with clients, exceeding their expectations by delivering personalized, high-quality services.
- Create a warm and comforting environment for clients
- To carry out the physiotherapy care plan as assigned by the Physiotherapist
- To carry out occupational therapy care plan as assigned by the Occupational therapist
- To attend to clients needs and assist in lifting and transferring clients where necessary.
- To record and document the therapy sessions performed by the clients daily.
- Proper handling of rehabilitative equipment.
- Maintenance of rehabilitative equipment and to report any faults to the Operation Executive and Physiotherapist.
- Encourage clients to participate in MDRC activities / programs.
- Participates in any internal or external events for the centre as required.
Requirement:
- Possess Healthcare / Therapy assistant certificates
- Demonstrate great patient care
