Part-time Middle & High Chinese Language Teacher

Our school is seeking a qualified and dedicated Part time Middle & High Chinese Language Teacher to enhance students Chinese proficiency and strengthen their global competence.

Position

Title: Part Time Chinese Teacher (Middle & High)

Number of Positions: 1

Employment Type: Part-time Contract

Contract Period: March 1, 2026 - January 5, 2027

Salary & Compensation

- Lesson rate at $60 per hour (to be pro-rated accordingly per lesson duration)

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare lesson materials according to the school's curriculum objectives

- Evaluate and develop materials for use in the classroom

- Carry out educational duties assigned by the school

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Chinese or a related field

- Able to teach Middle & High school students of all grades (Grade 7 to 12)

- Able to teach students who study Chinese language as a foreign language

Preferred

- Middle & High school teaching experience (in Korea or abroad)

- Strong skills in lesson material development and student management

Working Conditions

- Weekly lesson schedule and duration to be discussed in person

- Working Hours: 9 hours of lessons per week (50 mins per lesson)
