Part Time Marketing Coordinator

We're a growing company looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual to join our marketing team. This role will primarily focus on supporting our website transition and assisting with various marketing initiatives

We welcome students or part timers who are organised, proactive, and eager to learn. This position offers valuable hands on experience in digital marketing, content management, and website operations.

Work Schedule

• Days: Every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
• Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Duration: 2 months

Responsibilities

• Assist in adapting and migrating content from the old website to the new design.
• Copy and transfer all page slugs, titles, and metadata accurately.
• Ensure correct tagging and optimisation of website metadata.
• Conduct quality checks to confirm links, images, formatting, and content display correctly.
• Support the marketing team with other adhoc tasks related to the website launch.

Requirements

• Experience using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Experience in website creation or content migration.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
