Part Time Knowledge Management Specialist

Position Overview

As a KM Specialist, you will be supporting the knowledge/ data foundation of our learning application. Your goal is to ensure that every piece of content is structured, tagged, and logically connected within a sophisticated Knowledge Graph to support adaptive learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Taxonomy & Metadata Design: Develop and refine classification frameworks, including categories, tags, and metadata to improve content discoverability.

• Tagging Dictionary: Build a standardized dictionary to ensure Systematic Tagging across the entire database.

• Knowledge Graph Maintenance: Map the relationships between concepts to ensure the Technical Handshake between content and the app's algorithm.

• Data Migration & Digitization: Support the Raw Digitization of print sources and participate in the Final Data Migration into the production environment.

• Quality Control: Ensure all entries are logically structured, concise, and aligned with editorial standards.
