Part-Time Knowledge Management Specialist (Education Technology, Flexible Hours)

Company Overview

We are an AI-driven technology company developing a smart learning platform for students. Our platform uses structured educational content, data and AI-supported learning tools to provide personalised learning support and improve student performance.

As part of our product development, we are looking for Part-Time Knowledge Management Specialists to support the organisation, classification and structuring of educational content, with a focus on Primary Mathematics.

This role is suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with digital systems, and interested in education, Mathematics, data or AI-related work. Training and guidelines will be provided.

Candidates who are awaiting university admission, currently pursuing further studies, or looking for flexible part-time education-related work are welcome to apply.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

1. Good Mathematics foundation, preferably familiar with Primary School Mathematics concepts.
2. Good attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Basic technical literacy and comfort in using digital tools, spreadsheets or online systems.
4. Ability to understand and follow structured guidelines.
5. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
6. Ability to work independently after training is provided.
7. Responsible working attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred, but Not Mandatory

Candidates with the following experience or background will have an added advantage:

1. Tutoring, teaching, classroom support or education-related experience.
2. Familiarity with Singapore Primary School Mathematics syllabus.
3. Experience in content management, data entry, tagging, categorisation or administrative checking work.
4. Interest in AI, education technology, online learning platforms or structured data work.
