TANOKE Is Hiring - Part-Time Kitchen Crew (F&B)
Located near Bugis & City Hall MRT | Japanese Grill & Sake Dining
TANOKE is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our back-of-house team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant F&B kitchen experience
- Physically fit - able to stand for long hours and handle manual tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Responsible, proactive, and able to follow instructions carefully
- Able to communicate basic English
- Available to work 4-5 days per week (those with limited availability are also welcome to apply)
- Students and individuals seeking extra income are welcome
Responsibilities:
- Assist the kitchen team with daily food preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
- Prepare basic items according to instructions from chefs
- Ensure all kitchen workstations are clean, organised, and well-maintained
- Handle and store food items properly in accordance with hygiene standards
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when required
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and preparation areas
- Support the kitchen team with general housekeeping duties to ensure a safe working environment
- Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as part of overall kitchen operations
- Assist with any other duties assigned by the supervisor or head chef
Shift Timings (subject to business needs):
- Lunch: 11:00am - 2:30pm (may extend)
- Dinner: 5:00/5:30pm - 9:30pm (may extend)
Pay & Benefits:
- $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience
- Paid twice a month
- CPF contributions provided
- Required to wear your own all-black shirt and pants/jeans
- Required to wear your own non-slip closed safety shoes
