Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Part-Time HR & Payroll Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and payroll administration on a flexible, 6-month contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks to maintain smooth HR operations
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation for compliance and reference
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions
- Assist with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) submissions and statutory compliance to meet regulatory requirements
- Respond promptly to basic HR and employee queries to provide effective support
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time to ensure timely employee compensation
- Manage CPF submissions and generate payroll-related reports for statutory compliance
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify payroll inputs for accuracy
- Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies to maintain payroll integrity
- Provide general HR operational support to assist with various HR functions as needed
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote consistent practices
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in SME environments
- Prior experience handling payroll and HR operations
- Familiarity with Singapore MOM regulations and CPF requirements
Other Information
- Work Arrangement: 2 days per week, part-time contract for service
- Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable subject to performance and business needs)
