JOB SCOPE
- Deliver engaging 1 to 1 tuition sessions at student's home
- Develop personalized learning plans to meet students individual needs
- Monitor and report on students progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain up-to-date records of sessions and progress reports
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Education, or a related field from a reputable university (undergraduates are welcomed)
- At least 1 year of teaching experience
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
- Able to teach MOE Science (Primary/Secondary)
- Passion for teaching and genuine interest in helping students succeed
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Patience and empathy, especially when dealing with struggling students
- Strong time management skills and reliability in maintaining a consistent schedule
