Job Description

Job Highlights

  • 3 days a week
  • 10.30AM to 4.30PM

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for HR department - checking of outlet staff reporting and timesheet regularly
  • Provide administrative support for Purchasing department - preparing and updating the inventory report regularly
  • Conduct regular audits at outlets to ensure accuracy of inventory reports
  • Work closely with Functional departments (ie. Operations, Purchasing, HR, etc) to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Job requirements

  • Min. 1 year administrative experience.
  • Familiar with MS Office applications, Word, Excel.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Able to converse and write in both English and Mandarin.
  • Initiative, self-driven and independent.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Able to work with staff across all levels
