Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries to provide timely and accurate information to patients
Coordinate patient registration to ensure accurate and complete patient records
Dispense medication under supervision following clinic protocols
Collect cash payments and manage inventory to maintain clinic supplies
Manage patient queue to optimize clinic flow and reduce waiting times
Provide customer service and support patient administration tasks to enhance patient experience
Measure patients vital signs including height, weight, and blood pressure accurately for clinical records
Enter patients vital sign data into the computer system and verify CHAS and Medisave balances for billing purposes
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain punctuality, honesty, dependability, and teamwork in daily clinic operations
Work daily from Monday to Saturday mornings, with Sunday and public holidays off, adhering to clinic hours and uniform requirements
