Part-time (2-3 days / Week in office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, build, and deploy scalable web applications using React.js. Must demonstrate proficiency with Next.js rendering strategies (SSR, SSG) and API Routes/Server Actions to optimize performance, SEO, and full-stack integration.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging and performance tuning.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Work closely with the team to support project milestones and deployments.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in React Hooks and state management (e.g., Redux or Context API) for building complex, data-driven user interfaces.
- Proven experience implementing Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) using Next.js to meet performance and SEO requirements.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
- Able to work 2-3 days per week in the office.
- Responsible, independent, and able to manage time well in a part-time role.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience in start-up or product-based environments
