Part-Time Front Desk Customer Service Officer

About Us:
We are a dedicated educational centre committed to fostering a positive and effective learning environment for our students. We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our front-of-house team.

The Role:
As our Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our parents and students. You will play a key role in ensuring the daily operations run smoothly and supporting our teaching staff.

Requirements:

• Language: Must be able to speak, read, and write Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking parents and teachers.

• Availability: Must be able to commit to at least 3 days per week, hours as below:

  • Weekdays: 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM

  • Weekends: 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM

• Technical Skills: Proficient in using Google Drive (Docs, Sheets) for administrative tasks.

• Attributes: Friendly, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Centre Operations: Ensure the smooth running of the centre's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Create, send and collect payments from students.

Class Preparation: Prepare worksheets, materials, and resources for the day's classes.

Administrative Support: Assist teachers and management with ad-hoc administrative work and data entry via Google Sheets.

Customer Service: Greet and assist all walk-in parents and students warmly.

Enquiries: Provide accurate information about our courses and programmes to prospective customers.

Upkeep of Centre: Maintain basic cleanliness of centre
