Job Details
- Location: Tanglin Mall
- Period: 4 - 13 September
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM daily
- Commitment: Able to commit for the full duration preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee assigned event stations.
- Actively engage, welcome, and interact with mall shoppers and visitors.
- Assist customers with event inquiries and provide general support.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the station.
Requirements
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
- Good communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Responsible, punctual, and a great team player.
- Prior retail, customer service, or event experience is a plus.
