Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation and day-to-day operations of the Community Portal pilot.
Provide support to piloting resident networks, including coordination, follow-ups, and documentation of pilot activities.
Engage with community members, stakeholders, to gather feedback, answer queries, and encourage participation in the pilot.
Use mobile applications and computer/laptop systems to update records, track progress, and manage pilot-related data.
Report observations and suggest improvements for the Community Portal workflow or engagement processes.
Skills & Competencies:
Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and computers for daily tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with people.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proactive and adaptable to support pilots in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Working Arrangement:
Duration: Imm to March 2026
Working Hours: Up to 110 hours a month (or approximately 3 days x 8.5 hours per week)
Location: Bukit Merah
Salary: $13/H
.Working hours are rostered as center activities may vary from 9am to 12.30pm or 2pm to 5.30pm, up to 110 hours a month
