Summary of Position

We are looking for friendly and motivated individuals to be a welcoming face of our centre and support our operations.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors - offering friendly assistance and clear information about our programmes and schedules.

• Support student enrolments, registration paperwork, and payments.

• Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings promptly and professionally.

• Assist with center operations such as filing, data entry, and general admin tasks.

• Keep our reception and common areas tidy, welcoming, and organised.

Requirements

• Able to work on weekends

• Demonstrated team player with an open mindset to learning and improving

• Fluent in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
