Job Description

  • Respond to customer service-related queries/requests.
  • Recommendation of music courses, enrolment, fees collection.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
  • Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a GCE O Level
  • Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work 4 days a week including both weekends; Duration : 5 to 9.5 hours
  • Able to work retail hours (nights and weekends)
