Part-time Customer Service Assistant

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
• Develop good rapport with customers and build brand loyalty.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
• Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
• Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc

Job Requirements

• Competency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Able to work at retail hours (weekend and night)
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• A bright and cheerful personality
