Job Summary
You will introduce products and share brand stories as a brand ambassador, onboard customers to the loyalty program, and perform sales and retail operations including selling, cashiering, gift-wrapping, stock replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Introduce products and share engaging brand stories to customers as a brand ambassador
- Onboard customers to the loyalty program to enhance customer retention
- Perform sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier
- Gift-wrap products to enhance customer experience and presentation
- Replenish stock on shelves to maintain product availability and store appearance
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completed Higher Secondary / Pre-U / Diploma education
- Retail experience to support effective customer service and sales
- Ability to communicate effectively in two languages to engage diverse customers
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey product information and assist customers
- Motivated and passionate attitude to drive sales and customer engagement
- Team player who collaborates well with colleagues
- Energetic and charismatic personality to create positive customer interactions
- Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week or 40 hours per month
