Job Summary
Join Motoserv as a Part-Time Service Advisor to support automotive service operations by managing orders, monitoring inventory, preparing quotations, and assisting customers with inquiries on a flexible 3-day weekly schedule.
Responsibilities
- Order stock from suppliers and coordinate timely delivery to maintain service continuity
- Monitor and check inventory levels regularly to ensure adequate stock availability
- Prepare accurate quotations for customers to facilitate transparent pricing and service decisions
- Assist customers by responding promptly to inquiries about automotive services and parts
- Manage administrative documentation and complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to support daily operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or automotive service-related roles to support effective task execution
- Proficiency in MS Office to handle documentation and communication efficiently
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management to enhance service accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and smooth workflow
- Proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Availability to work a fixed 3-day schedule (Thursday to Saturday) to meet operational needs
