Part-time Counter Service Personnel

Responsibilities:

• Assist with counter operations during peak hours, helping to manage workload demand and improve service efficiency

• To update the dispatch data into the System Control System (SCS) and excel record

• To dispatch the bus to the bus captain (BC) adheres to the requirement

• To search for the bus location using Stratio system

• To record and advise bus captain for bus dispatching enquiry

• To maintain and update workshop documents

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Nitec
• Proficient in computer is a plus
• Good analytical skill
• Possess good sense of responsibility
• Able to commit 4 days workweek, from 10.00am to 6.00pm
• 1-year contract part-time role
• Available workshops: Sengkang West / Seletar / Bukit Batok / Ulu Pandan (Please indicate preferred choice of working location in resume)
